La présente politique de retour et de remboursement s’applique à toutes les commandes passées sur le site www.vanityl.com, exploité par :

1. Droit de rétractation – Produits non personnalisés

Conformément à la réglementation européenne, les clients disposent d’un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de leur commande pour exercer leur droit de rétractation uniquement pour les bijoux non personnalisés.

Pour être éligible à un retour, le bijou doit :

  • être non porté,

  • être en parfait état,

  • être retourné dans son emballage d’origine.

Les frais de retour restent à la charge du client, sauf erreur ou défaut imputable à Vanityl.

2. Bijoux personnalisés (produits sur mesure)

Les bijoux personnalisés sont fabriqués sur commande, selon les spécifications choisies par le client (prénom, date, initiales, pierre, etc.).

👉 Conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation, les bijoux personnalisés ne sont ni échangeables ni remboursables, sauf en cas de :

  • défaut de fabrication,

  • erreur de personnalisation imputable à Vanityl,

  • produit non conforme à la commande.

Cette information est clairement portée à la connaissance du client avant validation de la commande.

3. Produits défectueux ou erreur de commande

Si vous constatez un défaut, une erreur ou un problème à la réception de votre commande, merci de contacter notre service client à info@vanityl.com dans un délai raisonnable.

Après vérification, nous proposerons une solution appropriée, pouvant inclure :

  • un remplacement,

  • ou un remboursement selon la situation.

4. Procédure de retour

Avant tout retour, le client doit impérativement contacter notre service client par email afin d’obtenir les instructions nécessaires.

Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans accord préalable.

5. Remboursements

Lorsque le retour est validé :

  • le remboursement est effectué via le moyen de paiement initial,

  • dans un délai maximum de 14 jours après réception et vérification du produit retourné.

6. Garantie

Tous les bijoux Vanityl bénéficient d’une garantie de 24 mois couvrant les défauts de fabrication.
Cette garantie ne couvre pas :

  • l’usure normale,

  • les dommages dus à une mauvaise utilisation,

  • les chocs ou altérations après réception.

1. Widerrufsrecht – Nicht personalisierte Produkte

Kunden haben das Recht, nicht personalisierte Schmuckstücke innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware zurückzugeben.

Voraussetzungen für eine Rückgabe:

  • ungetragen,

  • unbeschädigt,

  • im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung.

Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde, sofern kein Fehler von Vanityl vorliegt.

2. Personalisierte Schmuckstücke

Personalisierte Schmuckstücke werden individuell nach Kundenwunsch gefertigt.

👉 Gemäß §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB sind personalisierte Produkte vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen, außer bei:

  • Herstellungsfehlern,

  • falscher Personalisierung durch Vanityl,

  • Nichtübereinstimmung mit der Bestellung.

3. Defekte oder fehlerhafte Produkte

Sollte ein Produkt fehlerhaft oder nicht korrekt geliefert worden sein, kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Kundenservice unter info@vanityl.com.

Wir bieten eine faire und angemessene Lösung (Ersatz oder Rückerstattung).

4. Rückgabeprozess

Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns vor jeder Rücksendung, um weitere Anweisungen zu erhalten.
Unangekündigte Rücksendungen können nicht bearbeitet werden.

5. Rückerstattungen

Genehmigte Rückerstattungen erfolgen über die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang der Rücksendung.

6. Garantie

Alle Vanityl-Schmuckstücke haben eine 24-monatige Garantie auf Herstellungsfehler.
Ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch normalen Verschleiß oder unsachgemäße Nutzung.

1. Right of Withdrawal – Non-Personalized Products

Customers may return non-personalized jewelry items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn,

  • undamaged,

  • in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.

2. Personalized Jewelry

Personalized jewelry is made to order based on the customer’s specifications.

👉 In accordance with EU regulations, personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of:

  • manufacturing defects,

  • personalization errors made by Vanityl,

  • non-conformity with the order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vanityl.com.
We will offer an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

4. Return Procedure

All returns must be approved by our customer service team prior to shipment.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6. Warranty

All Vanityl jewelry comes with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.
