Each Vanityl piece of jewelry is created especially for you.
Because our pieces are made to order, we offer a 12-hour grace period from the validation of your order to request a modification or cancellation.
This timeframe allows us to start production quickly while giving you time to check your customization.
After 12 hours
After this period, your jewelry will enter production.
This includes design, cutting, polishing and hand finishing.
From this moment on, the order becomes final and no cancellations or modifications can be accepted.
This rule allows us to guarantee a smooth manufacturing process and adherence to deadlines.
How to make a request
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase.
Please provide your order number, full name and the desired change.
We will confirm by email whether your request has been processed in time.
