Each Vanityl piece of jewelry is carefully prepared before shipping.
For custom jewelry, a manufacturing time is required. The design, cutting, polishing, and finishing are carried out step by step to guarantee a durable and high-quality result.
The average manufacturing and shipping time is approximately two weeks.
Shipping times then depend on the destination country and the carrier.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active.
During periods of high activity, such as holidays or special offers, a few extra days may be required.
Products ready to ship
Some models are already available and do not require manufacturing.
In this case, shipping is faster, as the jewelry is simply prepared, packaged and sent.
Returns
Since personalized jewelry is made especially for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a defect.
For non-personalized jewelry, a return can be requested within 14 days of receipt, provided that the jewelry has not been worn and is returned in its original condition.
If your jewelry has a defect or problem, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will carefully review your request.
