Cancellation & Modifications

Each Vanityl piece of jewelry is created especially for you . Because it is made to order, we offer a 12-hour grace period after your order is confirmed.

For 12 hours after your order, you can request a modification or cancellation without any problem.

After this period, your piece of jewelry enters production (design, cutting, polishing, hand-finishing). From this point on, the order becomes final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

How do I make a request?

Contact us within 12 hours, indicating:

• the desired modification
  

We will confirm by email whether the request has been processed in time.

Shipping & Delivery

Each Vanityl piece of jewelry is made step by step , with care.

Creation time
Allow approximately 2 weeks for the manufacture and shipping of your jewelry.

Order tracking
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Periods of high activity
During seasonal periods (holidays, promotions), a few extra days may be required.

Delivery times
Shipping times then depend on the carrier and the destination, after shipment.
