Vanityl jewelry is crafted from premium stainless steel and enhanced with a refined 18K gold (PVD) finish . With a few simple steps, your pieces will remain brilliant, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant for worry-free everyday wear.

Daily maintenance

• Put your jewelry on last — after perfume, creams, and hair styling products.
  
• Water & Activities: Steel is resistant to sports, the sea, and quick showers. To protect the finish (especially PVD gold), remove your jewelry before prolonged exposure to hot water (baths, steam rooms, saunas).
  
• Avoid contact with household products , chlorine, solvents and sun oils, which can dull the shine.
  
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch to avoid micro-scratches and preserve the mirror polish.

How to clean your jewelry

1. Prepare a bowl of lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap.
   
2. Soak briefly to loosen any residue.
   
3. Clean gently with a very soft brush or a microfiber cloth.
   
4. Rinse with clean, lukewarm water.
   
5. Dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth — do not allow to air dry.

Cancellations & Modifications

Each Vanityl piece is created especially for you. As our pieces are made to order, we offer a short 12-hour grace period for any changes or cancellations.

• 12-hour period: You have 12 hours from the validation of your order to request a modification or cancellation.
  
• After 12 hours: Your piece of jewelry enters production (design, cutting, polishing, hand finishing). From this point on, the order becomes final — no cancellations or modifications are possible.
  
• How to make a request: Contact us within 12 hours with your order number, your name, and the desired change. We will confirm by email whether the request has been accepted in time.

Shipping & Delivery

• Creation time: Each piece of jewelry is crafted step by step in our workshop—designed, cut, polished, and then finished by hand. Please allow approximately two weeks for production and shipping.
  
• Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.
  
• Peak activity periods: Allow a few extra days during seasonal periods.
  
• Delivery times: Transit times depend on the carrier and destination, after shipment.
